The promotion runs from June 23rd 2026 at 6:00 AM CT through July 13th, 2026 at 11:00 PM CT.
What is the Hydration Game?
The Hydration Game is a limited-time collect-to-win promotion where Healthy Rewards members earn badges by completing qualifying purchases and unlock instant rewards. Collect all 3 badges, and you’ll earn one entry into the Hydration Expert Sweepstakes.
How do I play?
Complete qualifying purchases while signed into your Healthy Rewards account or scan in-store at checkout to earn badges.
What are the three badges and how do I earn them?
You can earn:
- Watermelon Wonder — Purchase any Pickle Smoothie
- Hydration Explorer — Purchase any size Hydration Berry or Hydration Pineapple Mango Smoothie
- Hydration Expert — Purchase a qualifying Hydration smoothie and eligible Power Eats item
Do I need to be a Healthy Rewards member to participate?
Yes. You must be a Healthy Rewards member to participate. Membership is free.
Can I participate in-store and online?
Yes — qualifying purchases made online while signed in or in-store when you scan your app can qualify.
What rewards do I get for earning badges?
Each badge unlocks an instant reward offer:
- Badge 1 unlocks one free 20 oz smoothie when you buy a 20oz or larger Watermelon Hydration Smoothie
- Badge 2 one free 20 oz smoothie when you buy a 20oz or larger Hydration Smoothie
- Badge 3 one free 20oz smoothie when you buy a 20oz or larger smoothie

What happens when I collect all 3 badges?
Once you collect all three badges, you automatically receive one sweepstakes entry for a chance to win the Hydration Expert Bundle.
How many sweepstakes entries can I earn?
Limit one (1) entry per person during the promotion, regardless of entry method.
What can I win?
One winner will receive the Hydration Expert Grand Prize, which includes:
- $300 Smoothie King gift card
- Premium insulated water bottle
- Electrolyte hydration packets
- Smoothie King hat
Approximate Retail Value: $399.
How is the winner selected?
One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 15th, 2026.
How will the winner be notified?
The potential winner will be contacted via the email associated with their Healthy Rewards account.
Who can participate?
The promotion is open to legal U.S. residents (50 states + DC) who are:
- 18 years or older
- Healthy Rewards members
Is a purchase required?
No purchase is necessary.
There is a free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) available through the official rules page.
Making a purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
How do I enter without a purchase?
Visit the official rules page and complete the free online entry form linked there.
Can I earn the same badge multiple times?
No. You can earn each badge reward once during the promotion.
Can I win more than once?
No. There is one sweepstakes entry per participant and one grand prize winner.
What purchases count toward Badge 3?
Badge 3 requires both:
- A qualifying Hydration smoothie
- An eligible Power Eats item

When will I receive my badge reward?
Eligible badge rewards are issued after a qualifying purchase is verified.
Where do I find my reward?
Rewards will appear in your Healthy Rewards account/app.
Do badge offers expire?
Yes. Expiration details will appear with each reward offer.
Can I transfer or redeem offers for cash?
No. Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
My badge didn’t show up — what should I do?
Please allow up to 24 hours for badge processing. Be sure to click “Redeem” on the game board after completing the required action. If your badge still doesn’t appear after 24 hours, please Contact Us through the app or reach out to customer support for assistance.
I completed a qualifying purchase but didn’t get my reward.
Make sure you signed into Healthy Rewards or scanned in-store. If you still need help, contact support.
