Champion Backpack Sweepstakes Official Rules

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. By participating in the Champion Member Backpack Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.
  • SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Smoothie King Franchises Inc., 9797 Rombauer Road, Suite 150, Coppell, TX 75019 (“Sponsor”).
  • SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on September 27, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Saving Time (“CDT”) and ends on October 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CDT (“Sweepstakes Period”).
  • ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are (a) Healthy Rewards Loyalty Program Members and (b) age 18 or older at the time of entry. Membership in the Healthy Rewards Loyalty Program is free.  To join, visit: https://www.smoothieking.com/healthy-rewards. Void where prohibited by law.  Employees, shareholders, officers, directors and agents of the Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  • ENTRY: There are two methods of entry:
    1.  Purchase Method: During the Sweepstakes Period, sign into your Healthy Rewards Account and make a flatbread purchase.   Entrant will receive one (1) entry per flatbread purchase.
    2.  Free Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without making a purchase, send a 3×5 postcard to Champion Backpack Sweepstakes Entry, Smoothie King Franchises Inc., 9797 Rombauer Road, Suite 150, Coppell, TX 75019.   The postcard must contain the entrant’s email, phone name and address, city state zip code.  Email listed on postcard must match the email in the entrant’s Healthy Rewards Account. Upon Sponsor’s receipt of the postcard, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per postcard. Postcards must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and must be received by October 7, 2026.  Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope.
  • SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE:   One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entrants.   Grant Prize winner will receive one (1) $100 Smoothie King backpack.  Winner will be notified using email listed in winner’s Healthy Rewards account. Backpack will be shipped standard ground shipping and will deliver between 10-14 days after winner provides valid US shipping address.
  •  WINNER LIST: For a written confirmation of the Grand Prize winner (available after October 10, 2026), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope (no later than December 30, 2026), to: Champion Backpack SweepstakesWinner List, Smoothie King Franchises, Inc., 9797 Rombauer Road, Suite 150 Coppell, TX 75019.
