Q: Why Change A Meal?

A: When Alec joined Smoothie King as a team member he knew he was overweight, but he wasn’t concerned about his health. Working for Smoothie King exposed Alec to information about nutrition and healthy eating which inspired him to make healthy changes, like cutting out junk food and its empty calories.

Through determination and effort, he lost 65 lbs. in about six months, and he is much happier and healthier weighing in at 194 lbs.
